Spring Village at Wildewood is nestled in historic St. Mary’s County, close to Maryland’s first Capital City of St. Mary’s. Our rustic setting is near the mouth of the Patuxent River, which flows to the Chesapeake Bay. We are an easy two-hour drive to the Baltimore-Washington corridor, and even closer to Alexandria and Fredericksburg, VA.
Southern Maryland is a wonderful place to live or visit! You will find Southern charm and Chesapeake culture, boasting tasty local dishes at restaurants and many festivals held throughout the year. Take in the local scenery and sample award-winning local beer and wines on the Patuxent Wine Trail. There are hotels nearby, as well as numerous medical providers and MedStar St. Mary’s Hospital. We are close to the Patuxent River Naval Air Station, home of the world-renowned Test Pilot School.
